Acceptance of your order occurs once your order has been dispatched.

If we cancel your order after payment has been received, you will receive a full refund.

BRUNA SWIM ships within Australia and internationally.

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays resulting from shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees or other charges imposed by their destination country.

Once an order has been dispatched, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

7. Gift Cards & Promotional Codes

Where applicable, promotional codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added retrospectively.

Promotional codes are not redeemable for cash and may not be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
